Open to fellows who have attended the ITP summer programme
The programme
In March 2019, we would like to invite 5 ITP fellows to join us to present a case study and facilitate a workshop being held at Chhatrapati Shivji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya (CSMVS) Mumbai for the fourth ITP+ course, which will focus on Museums and education.
The conference and workshop will take place from Thursday 28 to Saturday 30 March 2019 – programme details and exact dates of travel will be confirmed shortly.
The British Museum and CSMVS will arrange and cover the costs of flights, accommodation, visa, insurance, subsistence and local travel within India.
Your application
There will be a maximum of 5 places for this opportunity, to enable productive discussions, networking and potential collaborations, with places awarded through an open and competitive application process.
As well as taking part in a workshop on museum learning, we will be asking each of our successful applicants to share a short case study on children’s education or a learning project or programme they have delivered. The presentation will be a maximum of 15 minutes and will provide a perspective on engaging and education young audiences, by sharing learning challenges and impact with colleagues.
Please ensure you have the permission of your institution/employer to attend this programme. And please note that, if required, you will be responsible for applying for a valid visa to visit India.
