Fawzeia Ihmouda Hussein

Biography

Fawzeia’s primary interests are salvaging and recording archaeological finds. Her day to day work in Benghazi involves the classification and registration of archaeological finds.

At the British Museum
During her time on the International Training Programme in 2013, Freda was based in the Department of Greece and Rome, and her partner placement was spent at Tyne and Wear Archives and Museums, Newcastle.

Freda’s exhibition project proposal was entitled Cyrene Exhibition and Greek mythology.

Freda’s place on the programme was generously supported by Mark Pigott KBE.
