Before Hoda started working at the DGA, she worked as field archaeologist at several locations and participated in many training courses and seminars related to the field of archaeology and museology.

In her current role, Hoda’s main responsibility is the inventory of the National Museum’s collection which includes cleaning, marking, photographing and describing each object.

During her time on the International Training Programme, Hoda was based in the Middle East Department, and spent her partner placement at Norfolk Museums Service.

In 2018 participants were asked to plan and propose a temporary exhibition, drawing on their existing museum experience and the skills learnt during the programme.  Hoda worked with Roshan Mishra (Nepal) on her Object in focus project entitled, A Story of a Youth.

Hoda’s place on the International Training Programme was generously supported by the de Laszlo Foundation.
