Biography

Lydia works for National Museums of Kenya as a Curator and Manager of Meru Museum. She has a degree in Anthropology and a Master’s Degree in Project Development. Her work includes conservation and exhibitions – she also has administrative and financial duties. Lydia is interested in all forms of heritage preservation.

At the British Museum
During her time on the International Training Programme in 2011, Lydia was based in the Department of Africa, Oceania and the Americas and her partner placement was spent at Glasgow Museums.
