Barbara Vujanovic (Croatia, ITP 2016): Rodin touring venues confirmed

Rebecca Horton, International Training Programme Coordinator

Earlier this year Barbara Vujanovic (Croatia, ITP 2016) came to the British Museum to start her work on the spotlight loan Rodin: rethinking the fragment.

Rodin will be a major exhibition at the British Museum from April – July 2018. The spotlight loan will coincide with this exhibition and tour around the UK. The spotlight loan will draw on one of the main themes of the Bloomsbury exhibition; exploring how Rodin, the great innovator of modern sculpture and art, was influenced by the art of ancient Greece and Rome.

3 venues have been confirmed as hosting Rodin: rethinking the fragment…

Abbot Hall Art Gallery, Kendal

We look forward to welcoming Barbara back to the British Museum in late November, to continue supporting the project and looking to the touring exhibition in 2018. Check the blog in early December for a project update from Barbara.
