ITP Newsletter 2026 is out now!

We are delighted to be releasing the 13th issue of the ITP Newsletter!

The theme for this year’s newsletter is ‘20 Years of Impact: A Legacy of Partnership, Collaboration and Global Connection’, chosen and developed by ITP Senior Fellow 2025, Chantal Umuhoza (Rwanda, ITP 2018, Senior Fellow 2025).

This year is ITP’s 20th anniversary, and the 2026 newsletter invited our global network to help us celebrate the meaningful partnerships and collaborations that have grown out of their participation in the ITP.

Building connections and networks is at the heart of the ITP’s mission. In this newsletter, fellows have shared their stories and experiences of how ITP has supported them to create new connections which have inspired initiatives, and enabled collaboration with colleagues across geographical and cultural boundaries.

In our usual newsletter sections, Your collection in focus and Global perspectives, we asked our network to reflect on how being part of an international community has improved their careers and been beneficial to their work and their institutions.

In another new section for this special edition of the newsletter, ITP Memory provided the network a space to share their experiences of the International Training Programme. The network shared their highlights and personal stories from time as an ITP fellow.

As well as articles on this year’s theme, we share some updates on what’s been happening in institutions around the world, and details from our alumni’s personal and professional updates.
