ITP team news
Written by Amelia Kedge, International Training Programme Assistant
Hello everyone!
I’m very excited to announce some ITP team news…
After supporting the ITP as an Assistant for the past two years, from Monday 19 May 2025 I will be taking on the role of ITP Coordinator (legacy projects).
I will be managing our growing range of legacy projects and working creatively to keep our ever-increasing global network connected. As many of you know, I am passionate about museums as spaces of dialogue, learning, and cultural diplomacy, and I’m excited to contribute to programmes that prioritise international connection and impact, as well as working with our fantastic network of fellows and partners to help shape what the museum of the future can look like.
George will continue to manage the annual programme, Senior Fellow role, the ITP Newsletter and future ITP website/e-Learning projects, and we will soon be recruiting for a new Assistant.
I feel incredibly lucky to be part of a team that believes in the power of museums and I am very grateful for the opportunity this role presents for me to grow both personally and professionally.
If you have any suggestions, ideas or questions about legacy projects, please get in touch with me at akedge@britishmuseum.org. I would love to hear from you and truly value feedback from the network.
Here’s to the next chapter!
